We take care of answering the tenants' and property owners' prompt answering questions they have about repairs that need to be done, we get quotes from different vendors and forward them to property owners for approval.
Collection specialists
We are experts in the collection area, we can be a great help to your company in collecting the monthly rent and following up with the tenants. We are also knowledgeable of housing vouchers and section 8 if needed.
